The Phoenix DualZone uses two precision-balanced idler motors to provide more combined core steel, copper winding, and usable generating capacity than a same-rated single-idler design. The idlers start sequentially to reduce the peak starting event. Continuous input current is determined by the connected load, so the incoming service, breaker, feeder, and disconnect must be properly sized.

Connect a properly sized 230V single-phase supply to T1 and T2. Use the model chart below as a starting point, then have a qualified electrician verify the service, breaker, feeder, disconnect, run length, and local code requirements.
