What counts as a mention?
Your company name — Phoenix Phase Converters — written on any public page of your website. Linked or unlinked, both count for the Advocate tier.
What counts as a backlink?
A clickable link pointing to phoenixphaseconverters.com — any page on our site is fine. The link must be visible on a public page and not hidden behind a login.
What if I remove the link later?
We re-check monthly. If your qualifying mention, backlink, or listing is gone, your tier drops with a 7-day grace period so you can restore it.
How long does approval take?
Advocate and Partner tiers are instant once we verify the URL. Dealer tier requires a manual review and approval lands within 48 hours.
Do I need a resale certificate or EIN?
No. This is a promotion-based program, not a traditional wholesale account. If you're a tax-exempt buyer, handle that separately at checkout.
