How the Exchange Works
Return Your Panel
Ship your panel back to us using the return instructions and label provided. Once we receive it, we ship you a refurbished replacement panel.
Need Immediate Replacement?
If you don't want to wait, you can purchase a new panel right away. After your old panel is received and inspected, you'll be refunded the difference between the new panel price and the refurbished panel exchange, minus the core charge.
π° Core Charge & Upgrade Policy
- A core charge applies to all exchange orders.
- Refund of the core charge requires:
- Your old panel must be returned intact (not tampered with or stripped)
- Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician
- Dated/Obsolete Panels: If your panel is an older or discontinued model, an upgrade fee will apply in addition to the core charge. This ensures your replacement panel meets current performance and safety standards.
- Panels not returned or installed improperly will not qualify for a core refund.
