Does ownership transfer include a warranty?
No. Phoenix's lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. However, Tier 2 and Tier 3 packages include technical support coverage.
Can you help with converters from other brands?
Yes. We service American Rotary, Phase-A-Matic, Ronk, Kay Industries, Phase Technologies, and most other rotary phase converter brands. Diagnostic and repair pricing applies.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs take 1-2 weeks once we receive the unit. Rush service is available for an additional fee. Call for current lead times.
Do I have to ship my converter to you?
For Tier 1 (ownership transfer) and Tier 2 (support package), no—we handle everything remotely. Tier 3 includes a remote inspection via video call. Physical repairs require shipping to our Phoenix, AZ facility.
Can you upgrade my old converter?
In many cases, yes. We can add AutoStart controls, AutoLink boxes for transformer packages, upgrade capacitors, install voltage monitoring, and swap control panels for NEMA 4 weatherproof enclosures. Call with your model info for a quote.
