Program Requirements
All new resellers begin at Provisional Tier 1 regardless of purchase size. Tier advancement is based on consistent monthly sales performance over 3 consecutive months and maintaining active advertising or product listings. Phoenix Phase Converters reserves the right to verify marketplace listings, website traffic, or promotional channels at any time.
Advertising Requirement
Resellers must maintain active product listings on a marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, industry marketplace) or their own website with verifiable traffic. Listings must include either:
- A link back to Phoenix Phase Converters, OR
- Approved product information provided by Phoenix
Reseller Tiers
Tier 1 – Starter (Provisional)
Benefits:
- Discount on all products
- Access to marketing materials
Tier 2 – Growth
Benefits:
- Enhanced discount on all products
- Priority reseller support
- Eligible for co-branded advertising campaigns
Tier 3 – Premium
Benefits:
- Maximum discount on all products
- Dedicated account manager
- Enhanced marketing and listing support
Policies & Terms
Returns Policy
- Returns accepted within 90 days from purchase date
- Only unopened, sealed packages eligible for return
- No exceptions for opened or used products
- Resellers must inform customers of these terms
Warranty & Insurance
- Full product warranty and support provided
- All warranty claims directed through Phoenix
- No unauthorized warranty extensions allowed
- Program applies only to authorized resellers
Important Disclaimers
- Phoenix reserves the right to revoke reseller privileges for non-compliance
- Unauthorized use of trademarks or intellectual property is prohibited
- Misuse may result in immediate termination and cease-and-desist orders
- Discounts and tier placement subject to change
- Tier advancement based on consistent performance, not one-time orders
- All listings must accurately represent products with proper attribution

To apply for our reseller program, please complete the form below. Upon approval, you will be provided with a user ID and password to access reseller pricing and tools. Phoenix Phase Converters reserves the right to evaluate and approve applicants at our sole discretion.
