Before calling for troubleshooting
- Start the converter with no load connected.
- Confirm single-phase input voltage at L1 to L2.
- Note whether the converter clicks, hums, starts, or trips the breaker.
- Record how long it runs before the fault occurs.
- Take clear photos of the converter label, control panel, wiring, and machine nameplate.
For safety, do not work inside a live electrical panel unless you are qualified. Use a licensed electrician where required.
