Warranty coverage

Control panel—lifetime warranty

Phoenix rotary phase converter control panels are covered for life against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If a component is defective, Phoenix Phase Converters will repair or replace it at no cost, at our discretion.

Control-panel warranty work must be completed at a Phoenix-authorized facility. DIY panels are excluded; refer to the DIY panel manual for details.

Idler motor—three-year warranty

The electric motor/idler carries a three-year warranty from North American Electric Motors or Techtop. The rotor is covered for life for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.

Repairs or replacements must be handled by an authorized service center for the motor brand and require prior written approval from Phoenix. A warranty inspection report and the specification tags must be provided before replacement approval.

Return eligibility

Only sealed, unopened packages are eligible for return.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
All sales are final on discounted items.
Opened, used, or non-original packaging is not eligible for return.

How to return an eligible product

Get an RA number. Contact our customer-service team for a Return Authorization number. Returns sent without an RA number are not accepted.
Prepare the package. Keep the product in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Mark the RA number clearly on the outside.
Ship it to the provided address. Our team will provide the return address. The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
The refund is the purchase price minus shipping in both directions. The outbound deduction is based on Phoenix Phase Converters' actual cost to ship the product to you.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after the return is received.

Transformer exception

Transformers are non-returnable under any circumstances except defects. Defective transformers are handled under the warranty process. Contact Phoenix Phase Converters before taking any action.

Before filing a warranty claim

Startup, voltage, wiring, and sizing issues can often be identified through the support resources below. Electrical troubleshooting and repairs must be completed by qualified personnel.
