Phase Converter Dealer Program for Used Equipment Dealers
If you auction or retail used 3-phase machinery, a Phoenix converter belongs on every single-phase customer's invoice. Tier 3 hands you a free model upgrade as the closer that wins the deal.
Selling a 3-phase machine to a single-phase customer isn't complete without a converter
Used equipment dealers — auctioneers, machinery brokers, surplus resellers — sell 3-phase machines to single-phase customers every week. If you aren't quoting a phase converter on the same invoice, one of three things happens. The customer no-shows the pickup. The customer installs a cheap generic converter and bricks the machine's drive. Or the customer calls a competitor who does quote the converter, and you lose the next sale.
The Phoenix dealer program solves attach rate. You pre-build NL, PL, NLA, and DualZone SKUs into your machine listings, quote them at the customer's expected rate, and buy them at dealer pricing the same day the wire clears. On used-machinery margins of 15–25%, a dealer converter attach is often worth more gross profit than the piece of equipment itself.

Tier 3 = free NL→PL, NLA, or DualZone
Customer pays the NL price. You ship a PL, NLA, or DualZone. That $400–$1,200 difference is the exact give-away that turns a 'thinking about it' buyer into a signature.
One listing page closes the tier
Tier 3 requires a live product listing. Post a single Phoenix converter page on your dealer site — model, photo, price, link — and you're eligible. Our manual review takes 48 hours.
Factory-direct means no distributor markup
Your dealer pricing comes from the Phoenix factory in Arizona, not a regional distributor taking two margins. You keep the spread.
Priority support on commissioning day
At Tier 3 your customers route to our priority queue. If a drive trips on startup, they talk to a Phoenix engineer, not a call center script.
No MOQ — match your cadence
Order converters one at a time against each machine sale, or batch them for auction week. Either works. No stocking commitments.
Fits the auction calendar
LTL shipping from Phoenix typically lands in 3–5 business days to most of the continental US, in time for typical post-auction removal windows.
“Tier 3 isn't a perk. It's a sales weapon. The customer gets a better converter than they asked for, and you close at full price.”

Publish one live product listing
Post a single Phoenix model on your dealer site. Model name, photo, brief spec, price, and an outbound link to phoenixphaseconverters.com. That's the Tier 3 validation rule.
Pitch the free upgrade on every 3-phase close
When a single-phase customer is buying a 3-phase machine, position the Phoenix converter as included — and mention that as a Phoenix dealer, you can ship them the NLA for the price of the NL. The deal closes.

Frequently asked questions
How does the Tier 3 free upgrade actually work on a dealer invoice?
Your customer is quoted and pays for an NL-size rotary at list. You order and ship a PL, NLA, or DualZone of equivalent horsepower at your dealer price. The upgrade is free to the customer and the cost difference is absorbed by Phoenix as part of the Tier 3 program.
What counts as a 'live product listing' for Tier 3 validation?
A public-facing page on your dealer website that presents a Phoenix phase converter as a product you resell — model name, photo or spec sheet, price, and an outbound link to phoenixphaseconverters.com. A single page is enough; a full catalog is not required.
What happens to my tier if my product listing goes down?
Our system re-checks listed URLs on a monthly cadence. If your listing drops, we notify you and start a 7-day grace period. If the listing is back live within 7 days, your tier is preserved. If not, you auto-downgrade to the tier your remaining validation supports.
Can I quote multiple Phoenix models on the same machine sale?
Yes. Many dealers quote an NL as the base offering and an NLA or DualZone as the 'recommended' upgrade. At Tier 3, the upgrade path is effectively free to the customer, which moves most quotes toward the larger model.
