Dealer discounts are off-invoice, not a rebate you chase later
Phoenix dealers don't earn a commission that gets cut monthly or quarterly. You earn an off-invoice discount that applies the moment you log in and place an order. That discount ranges from 5% at Tier 1 to 10% plus free shipping and free model upgrades at Tier 3. Your dealer discount and any public seasonal promo are non-stackable. At checkout you receive the larger of the two automatically — you never lose to a public sale.
Free LTL is a separate benefit
Free LTL freight at Tier 2 and Tier 3 applies regardless of which discount (dealer or promo) wins on the item line. Shipping is not in the stack calculation.
Free upgrade is a separate benefit
The Tier 3 free NL→PL/NLA/DualZone upgrade is not a percentage discount and does not count against the stack rule. It applies on top of whichever item-level discount wins.
Net 30 and payment terms
