On approval we email a dealer pricing sheet and a set of credentials. Your next order bills at your tier pricing automatically — no code to enter.

Monthly re-check keeps your tier honest
Once a month our system re-visits your validation URL. If the mention, link, or listing is still live, nothing changes. If it drops, we notify you and start a 7-day grace period.

What the 7-day grace period actually does
A brief window to fix a broken link before anything changes
Sites get rebuilt. Pages get moved. We know. The 7-day grace period exists so a single redeploy that breaks a link doesn't nuke your dealer pricing overnight. When our monthly re-check fails, you get an email within 24 hours with the broken URL, the tier it validated, and a simple ask: restore the link inside 7 days.
If the link is live when we recheck at day 7, your tier is preserved and no pricing changes. If the link is still broken at day 7, your account auto-downgrades to the tier your remaining validation supports — Tier 2 if you still have the backlink, Tier 1 if you still have the mention, or back to retail if none of the validations pass. You can re-qualify at any time by fixing the link and emailing us to re-trigger a review.
